I was planning to buy Honda Accord EX-L and was looking for good deal. I started with internet search and contacted few dealers. I requested a price quote from Spreen Honda over internet. So I first contacted Dennis over phone and talked to him about the car I am looking for and he gave me all the required information up to very great details. He even replied to my phone call while he was driving home. After discussing with Dennis about the car and finalizing the price I drove to Spreen Honda showroom to buy it. Dennis went over the entire process of how paper work going to happen. He explained the details of the vehicle and got the paperwork started. He also explained the accessories I can buy in details, but at no point I felt that I am being forced to buy these. Which seems to be fair business practice. After finalizing the deal Dennis went over all the functionality of the car. Starting from how to unlock the car, to the tuning and storing radio station. He also told me about the maintenance of the car and went over the manuals which come with car. I was handed over a completely clean car with tank full of gas. More
