This place is a fraud. Paid 70k cash for a car and they can't produce a title. They won't return calls and asked to talk to the owner and no response. Paid 70k cash for a car and they can't produce a title. They won't return calls and asked to talk to the owner and no response. More
The sales guy kept forgetting the name and year of the vehicle I was test driving and when I mentioned a trade in he just couldn’t keep his facts straight. I didn’t get a good feeling from this dealership vehicle I was test driving and when I mentioned a trade in he just couldn’t keep his facts straight. I didn’t get a good feeling from this dealership and the parking was terrible unless you drive a smart car you aren’t fitting into the parking lot ( that doesn’t really exist ). I wouldn’t trust this dealership with a 10 foot pole. More
Complete scam! ! They do not check car before selling it! The mechanics they use have no idea what they are doing there! The sales people try to rob you. I was told ! They do not check car before selling it! The mechanics they use have no idea what they are doing there! The sales people try to rob you. I was told I didn’t have to put 500 down. When I went to sign paper work they tried to tell me to give them 500. I said no and then had to resign paper work but what’s funny is my monthly payments went down after not giving them the 500! Also car had issues that they promised to fix via contract. I brought the car in to get fixed and nothing was done was told by mechanic that owner didn’t authorize anything to be worked on and when I picked up the car and called the dealership about this I was pretty much told to F myself and get a lawyer! I had to take it to Mercedes to get fixed cause they didn’t honor the contract. I will be working with the BBB on this and moving forward! More
I had been looking at a particular car online. When I got to the lot, I wandered around a little bit then went to that Honda Accord to check it out. Nobody ever came running out of the building to say, got to the lot, I wandered around a little bit then went to that Honda Accord to check it out. Nobody ever came running out of the building to say, "Hey, how 'bout this one, how 'bout that one...We got a great deal over here...." Nope. They just left me alone and it felt good. As I was walking to the building, Jesse stepped out...key in hand! I rated "friendliness" 4 points instead of 5. I think 4 is better in this situation than 5. I would have rated it 3, but 3 would not look good for my intent. A 5 (GREAT friendliness) is NOT what I want from a car salesma, ya know? I don't trust a 5. A 5 is a pest....You get the picture. No phoney 5s at Champion. No stupid haggling games either. You want the car? Here's the price. The car I bought is in GREAT condition and I bought it for less than Blue Book value. I paid them earnest money for them to hold the car until I come back to pay cash for the balance. After I paid them, after I had thr receipt in my hand, I popped out with, "Oh, by the way: There's a few things bugging me. A dome light's burned out, there's no spare in the trunk, a door lock ain't quite right, I don't like the security lugs and there's an open recall on this car." They fixed it all without flinching. Would I recommend this place to car buyers? What do you think? :) More
I went to another dealership the day before I came to Championship and I had the most horrible experience. I wasn't expecting anything different on the way to Championship but the minute I drove up to t Championship and I had the most horrible experience. I wasn't expecting anything different on the way to Championship but the minute I drove up to the time I signed my paperwork and drove off the lot was an awesome experience. I appreciate the straight-forward attitude, honesty, up-front, no-hassle, no-pressure salesman like Atticus. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. It gives me hope that not all car dealerships and salesmen are nothing but piranhas and dishonest people. Ben Kramer More
I got a great deal on my slightly used 2007 Lexus IS250 AWD! We visited many used car lots, we loved the low pressure buying process at Championship Motors. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a AWD! We visited many used car lots, we loved the low pressure buying process at Championship Motors. Like many people, I have purchased a lot of vehicles and usually had buyer's remorse when I bought from a used car dealer. This is absolutely not the case with Championship Motors. I feel I got a great ca usually had buyer's remorse when I bought from a used car dealer. This is absolutely not the case with Championship Motors. I feel I got a great car at a great price and was treated fairly and with a great deal of respect. They have some nice cars there. The Nissan Quest I bought was immaculate and the salesman actually knew what he was talking about for this car. I was reluctant to go there originally because of other reviews, but I am glad I did buy there. They helped after the sale as well. I would strongly recommend them. More
My wife and I can not be more pleased with our experience at Championship Motors. We were never pressured, we were able to choose from a great variety of clean automobiles in our price range ($15,000)and Ch at Championship Motors. We were never pressured, we were able to choose from a great variety of clean automobiles in our price range ($15,000)and Chris our sales guy was very helpful and considerate. After we bought the car a small problem with engine lights and an oxygen sensors developed and Championship Motors helped us rectify the problem quickly and without great expense as they split the cost with us even though they were not obligated to do so. I do not know how they could have done a much better job for us and we want to tell others about a great place to buy a car from a great group of people. More
