This dealership is terrible to deal with if something happens to the vehicle they sell you. Mike and Tom both have been unresponsive to calls for assistance after my headgasket blew 14 days after purcha happens to the vehicle they sell you. This is with the purchase of a "bumper to bumper" warranty. After 6 shops and finally finding someone to make the repairs, I still had to pay 1/2 of the $7200 charge for the repair. Not sure what the benefit of the warranty is if they don't cover repair costs. Thinking they sold me a lemon and now I'm stuck with a money pit for a vehicle. Still having issues with it since getting it back from the shop and ZERO support from Mike and Tom. Look somewhere else if you are looking for people who will do the right thing when something happens. This place isn't it. More

It started great with a call back on a Sunday. I was unable to make a snap decision. I called Monday and the representative was taking two days off. I called his cellphone and he didn’t answer. I bought a car in Chicago Tuesday, Sports Car International is in Seattle and I’m in Ohio. The sales representative finally got back to me Friday. I thanked him for his efforts and told him I bought a car. He find not return the thanks. From his lack of appreciation to my initial interest, I give three stars. If he had acknowledged that I had moved on with a simple thank you, this would have been a five star review. More
