Beware, sketchy dealership. I bought a 2023 Mazda 3 last year. Problem number 1, finance department weren’t clear about the extended warranty, they promised free maintenance inc I bought a 2023 Mazda 3 last year. Problem number 1, finance department weren’t clear about the extended warranty, they promised free maintenance included with the car and then basically just said “sign here” and boom, price went from 25k to 29k because of the extended warranty. Problem number 2, I’ve taken my car 3 different times in 7k miles for a stupid amount of rattles, they make me take a technician for a test ride, they hear them and keep the car for days at a time just to say “management wasn’t able to reproduce sound” and do absolutely nothing. Problem 3, I took the car for its first oil change at 6k ish miles, after that, the car started leaking oil, today the said the stupidest thing in the world “ohh, looks like someone tried to loose your oil filter, it’s got mark and everything but it wasn’t us”. Like, what? Of course it was them. So tired of having to deal with them, I love Mazda, but this dealership is just crap. I’ve owned many Mazdas in the past and never had to deal with this kind of problems. If you can, avoid them. More
