First time purchase at Sport Mazda. Got a 2022 Miata RF in Soul Red. This is a beautiful car. We call it our mini corvette. It's a hard top convertible. When people see the top go up and down they always say "WOW". It's a driving experience very similar to driving a really fast go kart. It is the definition of fun. I've bought a lot of cars since I moved here in 2017. Eight new cars and three used cars. I like to buy from people I like and trust. I can say that about Sport Mazda. The purchase was a no pressure experience and I got a really good deal. But where the rubber hits the road is when you have a problem and how the dealer reacts. I can only say "WOW". I had a big problem and the dealership responded immediately. They went above and beyond what I expected. I'm 62 and have lost count of the cars I've bought, but this experience was exceptional and unforgettable. I think you owe it to yourself to at least give this dealership a chance at getting your business. More

Trade-in my faulty car to get another faulty car . He talks down to me like I do not know what I am talking about and have no knowledge of when something is wrong 😑 . Instead of him listening to my concerns he’s telling me otherwise. Not understanding that previously had issues with all my car. Nataly has been good , the mechanic has understood the issue . I was told they were going to fix it . I’ve bought this car only had it for a few days before now almost my first payment coming up and I don’t have the car paid a certain amount and now car payment is due and haven’t had the car but had the rental so that was good. Only bad experience this time around was at check-in when the guy act like I was a dummy and disregard my concerns. Instead of understanding and not telling me all cars got inspected because now it’s been weeks since my car that is inspected with transmission issues. Maybe they should train him to not state his bad judgment. The stupid question you Sure you know how to drive the car? If you’re not pressing the gas it will jam? Because I look 12 and not 29 years old or I look like I got a peanut brain and just talk to talk. Upset that this is happening for a 3rd time at Mazda understand it’s a used car I have a higher payment no gap newer car my old 2007 had gab and this car 2016 can’t get gab because of the amount of money being charged to me so that sucks. At this point I might as well get donated a car with all these problems instead of a new high payment . More
