Went to the dealership for a manufacturer recall, which I had to book out 2 weeks in advance in order to get a loaner vehicle. Fast forward to the appointment day, I set my appointment for 7:30am in order to drop off the car and get home for work. The dealership knew this timeline because they asked to do an equity assessment on my vehicle and I told them I had work meetings so I didn’t have time in the morning, but I could talk when I picked the car up later that day. Drop off the car, end up waiting an hour for the loaner vehicle. I had to cancel and push work because of their delays. When they finally bring it around, it’s missing a fender, it was filthy inside, and smelled like cigarettes. I brought this up to multiple people at the dealership and nobody cared. The most effort I got was from the “VIP service manager” who said he could have the car cleaned. It blows my mind that they would let a car leave the dealership looking the way it did, even more that they would give it to a customer as a loaner. When returning to pick up my car, they had a recommended service that was under warranty but they didn’t have the part. They told me they didn’t have another loaner, then gave me attitude when I refused to keep the loaner that I had. The smell of stale cigarettes in the loaner vehicle was nauseating. They messed up, I get it, but not giving a xxxx about fixing it is what really stuck with me. It’s a car dealership, they could have figured something out to give me a new loaner. I purchased a Porshe Panamera last yr from this dealership with 18k miles, I drove the car for maybe 6 months, on the highway the tie explodes, i tow the car back to dealership, they say all tires dealership with 18k miles, I drove the car for maybe 6 months, on the highway the tie explodes, i tow the car back to dealership, they say all tires need replaced due to a wheel alignment, which I paid for along with 4 brand new tires which on this car are very expensive!! Fast forward today I noticed the tires are super worn and looked did a further inspection and noticed the wires are showing and all tires are blow out again, I drove about 9k miles on these new tires, so I take the car back to dealership again today , they tell me this is normal and nothing they will do! The tires are supposed to last 25k miles, I call porshe today as well and they said Mazda isn’t even Capable of doing a wheel alignment on this car and sounds like it wasn’t done properly which is the cause on these tires being blew out as well! Smh More
