This was my third regular vehicle service with Sport Mazda and all three have been efficient and (relatively!) painless. It was my first time dealing with Brian but he was equally as on the ball and per Mazda and all three have been efficient and (relatively!) painless. It was my first time dealing with Brian but he was equally as on the ball and personable as Nikki and all the work carried out seems absolutely spot on. There was more work to be done than initially planned for, and it took an hour to complete the additional work (all done under the warranty), so I have no complaints and feel Sport Mazda continue to look after my car extremely well and at a fair price. This was my first time at Sport Mazda and from my experience with Donny Larson I will be returning to the dealership for future service. He was very friendly, prompt, courteous and my car was finishe experience with Donny Larson I will be returning to the dealership for future service. He was very friendly, prompt, courteous and my car was finished within the time he stated it would be. The service department also honored a service coupon from another dealer, which i thought was great. My only complaint is that the service department didn't wash my car after being serviced, other than that it was a pleasant experience. More
