I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful this service area was. I had been dreading going to a dealer to see what was wrong with my 2005 Mazda Sport Wagon. The staff at Sport Mazda is top of the line. I have done business at this location since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. During my latest service visit, Donnie and Sean went above a beyond the cal business at this location since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. Appreciated that Donny kept in regular communication with me on the status of my repair and took the time to review the work complet professionally. I came in for a recall on a trolle cable. Now I am missing a nut on the plastic cover that covers the cables. Second, I feel that I was extremely over charged. They charged me two hours labor to rep missing a nut on the plastic cover that covers the cables. Second, I feel that I was extremely over charged. They charged me two hours labor to replace an idle valve that has two bolts and one cable connection setting directly on top of the engine. The part that was replaced was not even a Mazada part. It ws bought from NAPA. I have the old part and the box the new one came in. I could see the car from the window and they just let it set for two hours. I was the first one in there that morning. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don;t knowhow you received a five star rating. More

Had some codes on my 2013 Mazda CX-5. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon, my husband and I drove it in to the Mazda dealership where we were approached right away by Brian. We told him the problem and he in the afternoon, my husband and I drove it in to the Mazda dealership where we were approached right away by Brian. We told him the problem and he said, "that there was nothing too much that could be done today because the service guys were about to go home." Then he said. "Let me see what i can do," and he went and got the little machine (forgot what it's called) to check the codes. He pulled code 0780 which is code for engine trouble and he then said, "I tell you what, leave your car here and we will put you in a loaner car." I thought that was excellent customer service and the right thing to do. I really appreciate him for that. I kept the loaner car for two days and Brian called me each morning to touch basis. Great job #right way to handle situation# More

I got my Mazda3 on June 13 2004 new ,so is more than 8 years,I love this car.Back then was Clasic Mazda but i never go later for services to new location when they move ,because was to far for me so Im stack with this location for that long.Thanks God I realy dont have any major problems so all services I have in this location specialy now you have the best employe DONNY LARSON ,how he take care about costumers i never experience this before.I was watching him today he was very busy, he was running if he can he will taker of everybody at once specialy on saturday and he have smile on his face.He deserve special recognition, but please dont let him go .He is perfect example how to be nice to everybody.THANK YOU DONNY VERY GOOD JOB.
