I went in for an oil change and tire rotation,this was my second visit to the dealership. When I left I found that the oil change sticker had been made for 5000 miles instead of 7000 miles. I also had the second visit to the dealership. When I left I found that the oil change sticker had been made for 5000 miles instead of 7000 miles. I also had the tire pressure warning light come on with in a couple minutes of leaving the dealership. That makes me wonder how much of the work was actually done. For me that is enough to make me go elsewhere next time. Len More

I live in Casselberry, don't mind to traveling to Mazda at OBT because to get my car service here it's a tranquility because I do trust this place. We have a Mazda 3 that my wife dives and love the little car. We have always had it serviced at Sport Mazda where the service personnel have been friendly and fair. I bought a car about a month ago with 51000 miles and it have been a nightmare, everybody was great until I signed. I dont know the name of a manager who was more than one time rude, disrespecful, I think have been a nightmare, everybody was great until I signed. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. The car was full of water when it rains, I call the dealer and they told me that they will give me a loaner while they fix the car then nobody will answer my calls, then they told me to bring the car on saturday I drove 45 minutes to the dealer and when I got there they told me "WE DO NOT REPAIR CARS ON SATURDAY" so again loose time, gasoline. I took wednesday off so I went back, they give my a loaner and told me that the car will be ready friday, I called friday, Jason Vasquez told me I will call you right back to let you know if you car is ready, no call on friday, or saturday or sunday, I called on Monday and they told me the car was ready, I went to pick up the car and was duty, with the tape over the windshield, so I have to waited until 8:15 p.m/ Meanwhile the manager called josua ?? told me you bought a used car what else do you want...
