I had a really good overall experience when I brought in my 2013 Mazda3 for service. I was greeted right away and everything started getting done instantly. Jeremy was there when my car needed service. I had everything ready to go on vacation when the car would not start and had it towed in for service. We purchased our 2011 Mazda3 here 2 years ago with the help from Barby. She was pleasant, helpful, informative, and to this day still remembers us when we go in! :) We live sort of far away from the deale help from Barby. She was pleasant, helpful, informative, and to this day still remembers us when we go in! :) We live sort of far away from the dealership, but actually make the drive specifically here whenever our car needs service because of people like Danny. He's always so helpful and friendly. Keeps us up to date on our wait time for service as well. As we were leaving this past time we found out he didn't charge us for an oil change because he knows that we've always come to them for our service and wished us a merry christmas! If this isn't great customer service then I'm not sure what would be! thank you again!! More
