I moved to Florida about 2 years ago and have been taking my car to this dealership for services. This time it was for the 30K service. I requested the service appointment via their website. The site was easy to navigate and I received a response indicating the service appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the dealership, Jeremy quickly took my information. I told him I would be waiting for the service to be completed. He indicated it would take a few hours, but I expected that so I settled in the waiting room. The service was completed in less than 2 hours (to my surprise). Jeremy was personable and pleasant to deal with. He seemed genuinely concerned about his customers and provided excellent service. I have been bringing my RX8 to Sport Mazda since i purchased it in 2007. As with all my previous visits the service department has treated me very well. When I arrived at my appt. time, I was greeted by Beth, who made sure that Jeremy knew I was there. She suggested I wait inside where it was cooler. Beth helped me pick out the right booklets and gave me her card and cell phone number in case there were questions. Service area is great, everyone is very friendly and timely. My only real complaint, was that they seemed to not have checked my battery level, which is supposed to be part of the "Full Circle Inspectio timely. Other things were marked as checked, just not the battery. Maybe they rushed it (it did seem to have been finished almost -too- fast for the stuff they were supposed to be checking, but then again I don't know what goes on back there, or much about car labor,) maybe they forgot 'cause they were busy, whatever the case, I was in a hurry myself so I didn't question it and just left, but it did make me wonder what they really checked and really didn't check, and if maybe I overpaid for services that weren't done. It raised a flag for me, so I'm not sure if I'll go back. Not a complete bust, still a nice and friendly place, but there's my honest thoughts about my visit that day.
