Jeremy was very friendly-knowledgeable about my vehicle & listened to my passion about how picky I am about my car. When there was a problem and they had to keep my car longer than expected he assured me & listened to my passion about how picky I am about my car. When there was a problem and they had to keep my car longer than expected he assured me my car would be kept indoor & safe. When I had questions through out the time my car was in the shop he called me back every time Ina timely manner. I bought my car new 14 yrs ago at this location (not the same dealer) & have always had my maintenance done here. Will continue to have it done only by Mazda because each time has been a good experience. I must say Jeremy has been by far the best service representation that Mazda had in a long time. I bought my miata from the mercedes dealer as a used car. I had service check with Jeremy and now had my first true service oil change.
