The Mazda Service Team I purchase a Certified Pre-owed Mazda CX-5 from Sport Mazda. A week after owning the vehicle, I noticed a minor but correctable flaw from the previou I purchase a Certified Pre-owed Mazda CX-5 from Sport Mazda. A week after owning the vehicle, I noticed a minor but correctable flaw from the previous owner that was unseen during the delivery when I purchased my Mazda CX-5. I returned the vehicle and pointed out this minor flaw, and the Mazda Service Team without hesitation ordered and repaired the part completely and in a timely fashion. Hats off to the entire Mazda Service team for having great customer service and for their professionalism. More
Bad service Went a few months back to get an oil change & wiper blades changed and waited 3.5 hours!!! We had to go back for a car recall and now have gone back 3 times because the new computer was defective. The first time we left the car and went back the next day (24 hours later) and the car wasn't ready. We went the next day to pick up the car the computer was defective and was told they would have to order a new computer and they would call us when the part was in. We waited over 2 months and finally had to call them. My son brought the car in last week and had to wait 3.5 hours again & was told it would only take 2 hours. The computer was again defective. The only thing positive was the customer service guys were apologtic and gave my son a free tank of gas which was what we spent going back and froth to the dealership. More

Amazing! Saturday morning, I brought in the Mazda3 for an oil change. Did not have an appointment, was not expecting anything special. My expectations were blo Saturday morning, I brought in the Mazda3 for an oil change. Did not have an appointment, was not expecting anything special. My expectations were blown away. Donny took me in and had the service performed in record time. Then, unbeknownst to me, the detail on my car was completed and when I drove out the lot was in a brand spanking clean car. I felt like a millionaire, and could not believe how great the service experience at this dealership was. More

One of them was a very strange noise (not mechanical) that I honestly thought no one could figure it out. The service dept. worked as long as they needed and found a solution to ALL the problems. One nice thing I noticed is that the salespeople, who worked with me on a previous sale, were also involved in the communication process with me and the service department. As most people know, salespeople concentrate on sales only, but not in this dealership, which I find admirable. I rarely recommend anything or anybody, much less a car dealership, but in this case I found my experience worth sharing. Thanks to everyone at Orlando's Sport Mazda. More
