Multiple Visits - June 2023 The service and parts department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service departmen department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service department after previously dealing with Lexus service. The team here are polite and straightforward. I didn't feel pressured into services that I did not need, although they were presented as options to approve via my phone. I had some warranty related service that needed to be done on my certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and they completed all of them without hesitation or argument, which is appreciated as opposed to previous vehicle service situations in the past with other vehicles and dealerships. Overall, I'd say that I will return here for future service, especially while I am still under Mazda warranty on this vehicle. More

I find the sales people to be less than genuine. When you see your salesperson and say hello to him while getting car serviced and he says says to your face that he doesn’t remember you, he has no t When you see your salesperson and say hello to him while getting car serviced and he says says to your face that he doesn’t remember you, he has no time to greet you properly, and then tells you he has to get out there to sell more cars when it is raining outside, it leaves a bad impression on the level of customer service beyond the sale. Train them to be gracious and respectful. No one expects them to remember you. Just be kind and ask if you are having a good experience. Very little good to say about the atmosphere inside of Mazda. Just a bunch of people hanging around doing nothing. More
