A tip of the hat to the Techs who deliver on the maintenance. Bob Suranovich wrote the book on directing a top shelf service dept. Whoever your service advisor is rest assured if they are on Bob's Team, they top shelf at what they do. While we were waiting for the service to be completed Paul C introduced us to Marilyn Santos in Sales and we were able to discuss business for a new 2024 Vehicle. Marilyn is a GEM, incredible easy-going style that makes you feel like part of her family. Very organized and a great listener. We look for to purchasing a new vehicle at Jay Mealy Sport Mazda because of the quality of the product but also because of the awesome people that work there. Thank You! More

Luis Resende is phenomenal. He's attentive, courteous and enjoys what he does. He immediately honors my VIP coupons and is very clear with expectations and recommendations. However, on 07/22/23, the service dept. desk was understaffed. Also, it took about 2:30 hrs to get an oil change and tire rotation done on my vehicle. Although we were forewarned, it seemed like a long time. Our wait was not unpleasant: the waiting area is well-appointed. When I received a text that my vehicle was done I waited 15 minutes standing at the desk, as Luis was finally on break. No one attended me or asked me if I needed help. I had to walk over to Stephen Mendez' office where he and several others were sitting, to receive attention. José Colón checked me out, Stephen fetched our vehicle in the lot. I travel an hour and 15 minutes to this dealership because of their customer service. I hope this was just a blip in an otherwise stellar experience at Sport Mazda. More
