Appointment at 7:30am for a simple oil change. Gates to dealership locked until 7:45am. After trying to upsell $900 in “needed” services, the $100 oil change was complete almost 2 hours later. Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and added accessories. Luis the service advisor was very helpful and let me know that my service my take a while and offered local transportation. I waited at accessories. Luis the service advisor was very helpful and let me know that my service my take a while and offered local transportation. I waited at the dealership and was kept well informed by the technician by videos of my car and all the work being done and future recommendations.
