They are harassing me for comment. We like the convenience of using the mazda dealership for service, but knowing we will get a minimum of 10 separate reach outs for comment via phone, text and email leads us to reconsider. In regards to the service, it was fine. We never seem to be a priority and sometimes don’t get notified until our car is complete hours later (even while sitting in the waiting room). We specifically don’t get the complimentary car wash because it always adds another hour onto an already too long visit. We normally do not fill these surveys out because the service is so mediocre, if not downright bad, but since we have been asked, on repeat, here we are. In fact, it is worth noting that the one time they did not even ask for feedback was the time they held onto my car for weeks, despite my service being scheduled over a month in advance, because they did not have a tech scheduled to do the work. Don Mealey should probably take his name off this place. More
