We went in to Sport Mazda to purchase a Mada 3 4-door. We received great service. People were friendly for the most part with the exception of one of the Managers. I had a lot of frustrating back and forth with the bank concerning approving me for a loan, but my sales person Eric made the experience much more bearable. He sat with me and put me at ease when I was ner concerning approving me for a loan, but my sales person Eric made the experience much more bearable. So, my routine visit with my wife that has been going on for months, suddenly became a buying car day. So thanks to Eric Whitten, without regret whatsoever, I own now a very nice, beautiful, and lovable new Mazda CX9 which I never though of before that visit to Sport Mazda. When I first walked onto the lot, Erick immeditally approched me and made me feel welcome. I was looking to trade in my old car for a new one and wasn't really sure what I wanted. Very personable, friendly and he made you feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with his customer skills as well as his knowledge of the vehicle.
