Sport Mazda was the first dealership I went to (4 on my list) and didn't need to go to the others. Right from the beginning, Tito was quick, friendly, and knowledgable. This is an update from a previous post. I posted earlier all 5's for this dealership because the initial dealings were pretty cut and dry, and that the sales person, Lenny offered me a free gas fill-up or o all 5's for this dealership because the initial dealings were pretty cut and dry, and that the sales person, Lenny offered me a free gas fill-up or oil change for going on there. He did not tell me what to rate but I did feel obligated. The service since the sale has been terrible. I was promised that certain parts that were not in good working order would be identified, purchased and fixed by Sport Mazda. It's been almost 2 months and I continue to get the run around from Lenny and empty promises. I've spoken to the service department numerous times and they have no record of my parts being ordered. At this point I have given up and I feel obligated to update my posting. It's a shame that once the sales rep got paid on my purchase he no longer thought I was important enough to complete promises or return calls. Lesson learned from me...never purchase something you know that has issues because someone promises that it will be taken care of after...I promise my mistake will never happen again. I never understood why car dealerships have such a bad reputation...after this incident...I now know why. More

Everyone at this dealer is very helpful. They do not pressure you into anything. They also give awesome deals on all the cars.
