Everything from start to finish was perfect. I found them on the internet, posted and Jason called me within 30 minutes. We knew we wanted a Mazda CX7 before we went to look at the inventory at Sport Mazda. We had read so many wonderful reviews that we decided to start there. Thankfully, it ended there, too. He was very accommodating and knew when to talk and when to listen. When we finished the test drive we knew the CX7 was for us. Everything went SO quickly once we were inside. The total experience only lasted about 3 hours from us getting on the lot to use driving away in our new car. This was so refreshing! I've purchased more than 5 new cars. Those deals were never shorter than 5-6 hours. I'm even thinking about trading in my other car for another CX7 (of a different color of course)! More

I found a car online that my mother was interested in and sent a request for more information. In a matter of minutes, Charles (online sales manager) contacted me to answer my questions and welcomed me in t sent a request for more information. We made an appointment that suited me for the very next day, which I later found out was his day off. Talk about committment! So, when we arrived Charles already had the car that we were interested parked up front. He was polite, courteous, and most importantly sincerely patient with all of my mother's questions. Long story short, SportsMazda honored the online price for the vehicle and Mr. Ross in finance even got us a better interest rate than we could get at our own Credit Union. Most people are skeptical of sales persons, but Charles made us feel right at home. Thank you! More

Beth was very courteous, she understood what we were asking for and presented this well to her sales manager. I really liked being able to talk with Dan as most dealerships would not let the sales mana asking for and presented this well to her sales manager.
