My wife and I visited Sport Mazda late in the afternoon of December 8, 2010. I had done my homework and knew that the vehicle I was interested in was on the lot. Eric Whitten was our sales agent. He was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions during the entire car buying process. Never felt under any pressure at all to close a deal. I communicated with Eric during the next couple of days, and we returned to the dealership on Friday, December 10, to purchase a new 2011 Mazdaspeed3. The car was ready, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. We returned to the Dealership again on December 17th to pick up some accessories we had ordered, and have the brakes and AC checked by the Service Department. We dealt with Nikki Meadows and Todd McClellan in Service. Both were very helpful. Todd took the time to "introduce" me to the service department and review the service performed on my vehicle relative to the brakes and AC. These issues were very minor and properly addressed. In addition he was able to help me identify the proper oil filter for this particular vehicle. Eric was available during the entire visit to assist with any other concerns that we had. So the entire experience with Sport Mazada was very positive and I would highly recommend Eric Whitten as an excellent sales agent. Also Vicki in the title transfer department and Josh Snell in Finance were most helpful. Finally, Sport Mazda was not the only dealership we visited. But fortunately for us, it was definitely the last one! More
My husband and I were in a hurry to get a reliable used vehicle while he was in Orlando for two weeks during Christmastime 2009. Friends recommended Sport Mazda. Kerwin was our salesman. He suggested a 2002 Subaru Legacy, and we took it for a test drive. We liked the car and Kerwin was helpful in getting the process going quickly for us. We mentioned the slight smell of burning oil, but were told it was probably from a recent oil change. I took the car to the service dept. in February re: the oil smell. The oil was cleaned off. I returned in March with the same concern. This time I was told the head gaskets were leaking and that the bill would be $1,606! When we expressed concern over such a large bill only three months after purchase, a series of calls between my husband, Todd, and the Service Manager ensued. Although the Service Manager ititially was reluctant to negotiate with us, ultimately he did. Our share of the bill to make this repair was $392. Although it was an unexpected expense, we realize we purchased this car "as is." Everyone worked with us to make this issue as acceptable as possible. We have since had no issues with the car. More

I bought a CX-7 and Rey was my sales rep. He was very genuine and I felt comfortable with him during the entire deal. This was my second purchase with Don Mealy. I was promised a certain interest rate th genuine and I felt comfortable with him during the entire deal. This was my second purchase with Don Mealy. I was promised a certain interest rate that they were not able to come through with but in the end they gave me an interest rate and monthly payment I was happy with and overall I feel I got an excellent deal. I originally went to Sport Mazda to purchase a new vehicle on December 26,2009 and test drove the Mazda 3, due to my current situation at that time I was unable to get into that vehicle. I informed Kerwin to keep me in mind if a vehicle that had low mileage and in my budget range came into the dealership's inventory. On February 2nd of 2010 Kerwin contacted me to see if I was still in the market for a vehicle, which I was. He thought that he found the perfect car that would suit my needs from what I had told him back in December. I was unable to leave my place of business to drive to the dealership, he took time to bring me the vehicle to my place of business. I absolutely loved the car a 2005 FORD FOCUS with 4,000 miles, he found me something that was very affordable and low mileage. I gave him my information so that he could start the paperwork for the financial portion of the deal. Later that evening I went to the dealership to sign the papers and was done with the transaction in less than an hour. Kerwin is an exceptional salesman and I believe that he keeps his clients needs in mind and does not try to push you into something that you do not want. I still take my vehicle to the dealership for service and Kerwin still remembers me and follows up with me to make sure I am still happy with my purchase. More
