Review by Donald After being a loyal Honda customer for many years, I decided it was time to try something different. I wasn’t quite sure which direction to take, but after doing some research on SUVs, for many years, I decided it was time to try something different. I wasn’t quite sure which direction to take, but after doing some research on SUVs, I was very impressed by the reviews and feedback I found on the Mazda CX-90. The next day, I called Mealey’s Sport Mazda South, located at 9786 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the professionalism, quick responses, and stress-free communication I received regarding my inquiry. I spoke with Ms. Ashley Ramsey, who provided me with detailed information about the CX-90 in white and blue. I mentioned I had a trade-in that was appraised through Kelley Blue Book, and she not only honored the appraisal but also offered an additional discount—saving me even more. Later that day, I visited the dealership and was assisted by Ms. Patricia Argüelles. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain all the vehicle’s features, gave me a test drive, and even helped me transfer all my belongings into my new car once everything was finalized. In the finance department, I worked with Mr. Rey Altamonte, who stood out for his respectful and no-pressure approach. I truly appreciated that he respected my choices and never made me feel like I was making a mistake by declining optional add-ons. He was calm, professional, and straightforward. Overall, the exceptional service from Mr. Altamonte, Ms. Ramsey, and Ms. Argüelles made this the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made me feel valued—not just as a buyer, but as a person. I was in and out of the dealership with a brand new car in just three hours. I highly encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle to visit this dealership and ask for these amazing individuals. You won’t regret it. Thank you all for the outstanding service you provided me. More
