I bought my 2014 Cx5 while visiting FL from Michigan. When someone stole one of my green tipped valve stem covers, no one in Michigan had a clue how to help. Cory Fairbanks did! I gave it a Good only because the service technicians missed a couple of items that I paid for. However the Service Representative, Anne Davis got involved and took care of the oversight. All the service personnel at the dealership are friendly enough. Unfortunately, when/if you buy a CPO vehicle AND their "platinum" warranty, which is their top of the line warranty - they still go out of th enough. Unfortunately, when/if you buy a CPO vehicle AND their "platinum" warranty, which is their top of the line warranty - they still go out of their way to NOT cover your vehicle and to NOT do any work on the car - even when it's a minor problem and even the service department tells you "wow - i've never seen that before". I can assure you my next vehicle will not be from Cory Fairbanks Mazda - nor will any of my friends/family - btw that are also currently in the market for a "new" vehicle. More
Worst Dealer in Central Florida! From sales to service, I have not had a good experience. Heavy handed sales team and service is the worst I have ever seen. No returned calls and when you finally get someone on he phone, they blame it on the phone system. Things missing from car when returned, things quoted on phone and then changes when you get there for service, insults to women instead of fixing the problems, are just a few of the things that happened. My car will never go here again, and (Mazda Inc. I hope you are listening!) I will never own another Mazda! More
