No idea of customer service All they want to do is charge you for any little thing they can find. The Mazda 3 has loud road noise, eats tires like no other vehicle I have ever owned. This was first Mazda and it will be my last. Oh, and be warned, they push, push, push you to give them a great review and harrass you on the phone and by email. More
