Won’t recommend servicing at this location Came in for my first servicing appointment today. On my way back home I noticed my car sounded strange. Unfortunately I will not come back to this location. More

When I returned for the service correction, I was given an additional quote of over $200 more dollars and assured that my Mazda auto would be ready the next day. I did not get my car back the next day nor was I even communicated with until 3 days later. In fact it was a week later before I could get my car back, and given more excuses than I care to mention. I was told that because of all of my troubles they would "top off my gas". Needless to say, their word was not even good enough to do that. More
After the sale I originally bought a Mazda 6 then traded it in on a CX5 which I am very satisfied with. Al was my salesman and he and dealership treated me very well. I had a couple of minor things on my CX5 which needed attention, and the service handled it very well. They always clean my vehicle when I take it in for service, and that is a great feature. My only complaint is that I brought my neighbor in who also bought a CX 5 (he like mine), and I was promised a $100.00 finders fee. I have not receive that as of yet (approx 5 weeks ago), and that is a little bit unsettling. More

I came back in 3 months for an oil change and tire rotation and found the visit to be very amiable, quick and completed within an acceptable amount of time. I have visited this dealership before to purchase parts in the past and was pleased I usually dread going to dealerships due to high sales pressure. I have visited this dealership before to purchase parts in the past and was pleased with the service provided, but this visit really stood out due to the friendliness of the staff. Our non-dealer brand car was brought in for a service special and Daniel did a wonderful job making sure our concerns were addressed under the promotion. He was so attentive and provided honest and unbiased answers to our questions without the hype of selling more. His honest attitude resulted in us ultimately ordering additional work which we were planning to defer. While waiting for the additional service, we visited the showroom and looked at the new and used cars to pass the time. There we met Simon who offered his assistance in viewing any vehicle we wanted to see further. We were able to take a test drive and not feel the high sales pressure normally associated with a dealership. Should we decide to purchase a replacement car, this dealership would definitely be considered. The only turnoff to this place is the industry standard Dealer Sales fee which is added onto the price of a vehicle purchase. Overall, this is a nice home town dealership which is deserving of consideration for both sales and service. More
