RAY IS AMAZING! !! He is super attentive and listens to all my inquiries. He is very aware of all my service needs for future and past so that I am not paying for the !! He know each of his customers. When he sees me he automatically knows to check if a loaner is available for me because I hate waiting hrs at the dealership and if one is not available then he goes the extra mile to see if any discounts can be applied for the wait. I have dealt with a few other reps at the Longwood location and their customer service and energy is subpar compared to Ray! I keep coming back for my service needs because of his customer service!
