Vinny Havens was the sales representative that a I recently purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Passat; and from beginning to end, it was a great experience. Vinny Havens was the sales representative that assisted me and he was very friendly and courteous and he did not pressure me in any way in making my decision to purchase the car. Once the "deal" was finalized, he took his time to explain all the basic features of the car so I would feel comfortable driving it home that afternoon - in fact, he even called to make sure I arrived home safely! (I have been reading my Owner's Manual on the Passat and I think I need a course in Volkswagen 101!!!) The service manager, John Gibson, was also helpful in explaining to me the "free" oil changes and preventive maintenance on my new car. John, too, was very friendly, courteous and informative. Both of these men are assets to the National Volkswagen dealership! More

"DETONATED" Friday my wife and I spotted a Dodge Nitro in your used car lot and stopped by to look at it. Saturday, we went back and were met by Devon Graham. He Friday my wife and I spotted a Dodge Nitro in your used car lot and stopped by to look at it. Saturday, we went back and were met by Devon Graham. He was VERY friendly, helpful and informative. We test drove the Nitro and fell in love with it only to be informed that it was already sold!!! We all felt terriblly disappointed. However, Devon to the rescue!!! Not only did he find another one in the other lot, it was actually MUCH nicer and had way more options!!! To make a long story short, we got the deal we wanted, more in trade than we thought we would get, LOWER payments than what we were paying, AND.... a full tank of gas ande a detail job!!!! This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased form National Dodge and we will get #5 here also. Wouldn't consider buying from anyone else!!! More

National was the first dealership I stopped at and Rusty was the first to greet me. He was friendly but not overbearing and very informative. He answered all my questions and he promptly got answers he didn't know off the top of his head. Rusty worked with me even on his day off. He didn't try to slam vehicles at me that I had no interest or no need for. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and acted accordingly. The thing I appreciated the most was that he recognized the fact that I was buying the car and not my husband. Other dealers turned their back to me and spit off random facts about cars at my husband after I had asked the questions. Rusty worked hard to get my payments to where I needed them and made sure I was all set up before I pulled off the lot. He made the experience personal and comfortable.
