I am glad that I chose this dealership, because I got what I wanted. Joe Mckenna was excellent in helping me with this purchase. Mr. Mckenna was excellent in the service I recieved from him. My two brothers came with me when I picked up the van. They gave it a thorough look over and was very pleased with Mr. Mckenna's way he talked and explaned things to them as well. They felt he was excellent and gave me a good deal on the van. I would recommend others to come and ask for Joe McKenna, because he knows what he is doing and will work on getting you what you want for the right price. Keep up the great work JOE MCKENNA. More
Worst experience ever in buying a car. Desirae Alston contacted me by email and we spoke by phone which she was to return call with a price quote for a 2014 Elantra and she did not. Arriving at the deal contacted me by email and we spoke by phone which she was to return call with a price quote for a 2014 Elantra and she did not. Arriving at the dealership and speaking with her there by phone she claimed she had returned my call but hung up when a man answered. Now tell me how professional was this! She then said she had a 2011 used elantra at 12,000 or 13,000 that all she could offer. I was livid about this how rude, unprofessional and down right tacky behavior. We did buy a 2013 elantra and that experience has me shell-shock about the horrendous substandard customer service. The whole process was time consuming and misrepresentation of" we want your business". Still awaiting permanent tags for a car that was bought on January 13, 2014. I guess the tag is coming from Korea too as we only have about 7 days before the tag expire. I will never return to buy another car or get the car service at Sport Durst as I had a nightmarish experience there. This did it for purchasing a Hyundai. More

Michael Silberman has always been kind and very attentive to the needs of myself and my family. We have purchased 5 cars from Michael over a 7 year period. Michael allows you to take your time without bein to the needs of myself and my family. We have purchased 5 cars from Michael over a 7 year period. Michael allows you to take your time without being pressured or bullied into a purchase. Michael is always positive. He is not loud or abrasive when dealing with helping me make the right decisions based on the needs that are best for me. I sat in your showroom in January 2014 it was very loud while two of the employees were having a conversation. It was not the best shopping experience and both Michael and the sales manager handled it very well. Another comment I would like to send your way is the very annoying problem of getting into a car to test drive and there is no gas. Michael had to handle that on two vehicles I was to test drive. Michael again handled it very professionally. When taking a potential customer for a test drive it really is nice to get in the car and go. Frustrating to say the least. I can only hope you as an organization value the importance of exceptional employees Michael is one of them. He has always gone above and beyond to help myself, my son, and my daughter who have all purchased cars from Michael. Shame if you should ever lose such a wonderful salesman and gentleman. Mr Silberman made the process easy, explained to us the difference between the vehicles we had interested in, did not pressure into any specific model but what very informative and showed knowledge about e difference between the vehicles we had interested in, did not pressure into any specific model but what very informative and showed knowledge about each vehicle. He was extremely helpful setting up my phone, and even was kind enough to even transfer my radio stations, this can seem not important but it makes easy the transition to your new vehicle. He was extremely professional and I would come back when the time comes to get a new car. More
