I have never been to a dealership where I did not feel bullied or scammed until now. They were so friendly from the moment I stepped onto the lot. Terry McCoy bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I am sure I drove that man nuts, but he never showed it. I am a tough negotiator and he managed to fit my price range. He was not like your typical car dealer. He was very fair and honest. I felt like I got the best possible deal for my money. He was so awesome! Not to mention, after I purchased my car, they sent an awesome guy named Chuck to help walk me through all of my technical stuff on my car. He helped me step by step right down to pairing my phone and contacts with my car stereo!!! They made sure my car was detailed and had a tank full of gas when I left the lot. I also received some really cool stuff for my car. They really give you great service and a dealership should after spending that kind of money. My car is beautiful and runs great. I love my Tucson. I use to only buy Chevy's, but I will never go to another dealership again after my experience at Sport Durst Hyundai! More

Knowing that I would be returning to NYS sometime this year, I recently traded in my 10 month old Hyundai Sonata for a 2014 AWD Tucson. Joe McKenna was very knowledgeable, patient and put his all into he year, I recently traded in my 10 month old Hyundai Sonata for a 2014 AWD Tucson. The finance manager was great, he explained all the details to me and did everything he could to make me feel good about purhasing the car. The delivery coordinator was very informative about the details and bells in whistles in the car and that made me feel like I already read the owners manual. He was very knowlegable and answered all my questions without me feeling like I was being rushed. My 17 year old son was very impressed by all their knowledge, and this was his first time seeing a cae sale. He is now enteraning going into the car sales / dealer career. Finally, I do think the car was a little over priced and the interest rate was not good at all I am thankful I have a new car and I know the rate is determined by credit score. And due to unforeseen circumstances, not of my own doing my credit score was wrecked and went from 780 to 544. So I am thankful Sport was able to put me in a newer vehicle. Good Job !!!!!! First time going to car dealer and not feeling like I had to fight the sales force. All dealers should follow this model. :). More
I totally enjoyed the atmosphere and employees at Sport Durst. when i first got there Ricky didn't waste any time at in asking me can i help . he was professional, courteous and got right to work. He didn't push me toward any specific automobile, i walked around looking and any vehicle i pointed to, he knew about it. When i came across the Sonata he said lets get the keys and take a drive. It was amazing, he knew everything about that vehicle and i do mean everything. We laughed and talked as he just kept showing me different things. I've been to several car lots in my time and has never recieved this kind of treatment. My hat goes off to Sport Durst and the people that he has put together to work at this car lot. GREAT JOB SPORT DURST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
The overall experience was good. We upgraded one vehicle from a 2012 Hyundai Sonata to a 2013 Hyundai Azera and then we purchased a new first-time car for our daughter so she will have a car to drive while at college; a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I loved the Sonata, but we were able to upgrade to a newer car with more features at a lower car payment. The Azera is a nicer car with more head-room for my tall husband who will occasionally drive this car too. The salesman, Joe McKenna was wonderful, he was very friendly and helpful. He went over the features of the cars we test drove. He showed up the major features of each car. We did look at one used Azera in the red color, but it needed to be cleaned up before it was presented to any clients. It had toenail clippings on the carpet of the driver's side. After seeing that, we knew whomever had used the car didn't care about the vehicle and had not taken good care of it while they had it. We decided against that one, even though it was the color I preferred over the silver one we purchased. The finance part is what took the longest time. Mr. Imran Afzal was very knowledgeable about the process and what forms to use. That part went very smoothly. I don't know if it was because it was on a Sunday afternoon or because again we were doubling the paperwork due to 2 purchases. One thing that I wish had been covered was about the car service and maintenance plans. I do not recall them being discussed while at the dealership while we were sitting there. After the fact we found out that that service plans are non-transferrable from one car to another. We have since had that resolved. A special thanks to Ms. Jordan Gibbs. She helped me pair my cell phone with the Azera after we purchased it. I am sure I would have figured it out eventually, but that was especially helpful to have that done before I drove the car off the lot. We will definitely refer friends and family to Sports Durst. These cars make the 4th Hyundai products we've purchased and we love them. They are a lot of car for the money you get and the warranties are the best. They are a great value. Sports Durst has great sales and service. I like everything about the Dealership except for the TV commercials. Those are really bad. More
I dealt with Lamont Hopkins for sales and he was great! I had no pressure and Lamont was really good about explaining exactly what was involved in the process and basically holding my hand through the whole deal. David Dowdy had the paperwork so organized and down to a science that even that part was absolutley painless. I met Aubrey Herrera at the end of it all and even though it was at the very end of the day she took the time to go over the car with me and even paired my phone with the bluetooth since that was something new for me. She never acted rushed and was very pleasant through the whole thing. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience because I left thinking that it was nothing like what I wsa worried it could be. Thank you Sport Durst! More

He was empathic with my circumstances of waiting for cash flow to arrive. Once I was equipped to buy he worked with me to give me the best price. He was also clear with basic instructions in beginning to use my car and I know he'll be there for me when I have questions and concerns about the car. More
