He always remembered my name and I would get a big hug from him. The whole team works so hard for you to get the best deal for the car you want. Miracle Workers! I'm a 19 year old that needed a vehicle. I talked to Sport Durst specifically Ricky Copelin. He was absolutely awesome to work with! He explained ever I'm a 19 year old that needed a vehicle. I talked to Sport Durst specifically Ricky Copelin. He was absolutely awesome to work with! He explained everything to me about how the dealership works BEFORE EVER asking me any information. During the application Ricky took the time to actually get to know me on a personal level. I was never showed a vehicle until after the application was done and we agreed upon a range to work with. He asked me what I needed in a vehicle and while talking to me, figured out the perfect vehicle for me. Ricky told me "Just let me get you in the new accent with the 6 speed transmission". That was all it took. He picked the perfect vehicle for me. Everybody I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my doubts about going over an hour away from my town to talk to them, however it was WELL WORTH IT! No one there ever gave off the impression that they needed to sell a car. It was just like talking to a friend and them helping you out as much as they can. These reviews lead me to them and they deserve every good thing said about them!
