LIARS!!!! RUN!!!!! I spoke with Dennis Mahone and he swore that he would price match another dealer"s quote and do better on my trade. I made an appointment wit RUN!!!!! I spoke with Dennis Mahone and he swore that he would price match another dealer"s quote and do better on my trade. I made an appointment with Dennis and drove over an hour to come in. When I get there Dennis doesn't ever meet me. Todd starts with the paperwork. Suddenly the car that Dennis told me was available is not there and Todd is trying to sell me a car $5,000 more than was promised they would match. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! In the end someone else came out and said we're not a non-profit and can't sell you the car for what was quote unless you're a college grad, military and all of this bullshit. I walked out. Called Dennis to ask why he lied to me and he had the audacity to say he didn't. LIARS! More

The reason that I will not do any further business here is because I ended up in a predicament that I was trying to avoid from the start of my car search. My experience: I contacted Sports Durst because I found the vehicle that I wanted to purchase through USAA and they supposedly had it available (4WD, 2017 Santa Fe Sport, dark leather interior, and black or dark grey exterior, with decent options, not basic). However, I still to this day have never seen this car. When we went to the dealership, we test drove a fully loaded 2WD 2017 Santa Fe Sport T. So, after three hours of talking about a variety of vehicles and other options, my husband and I were tired and still in need of a vehicle. However, we really wanted a 4WD, but the only one presented was a basic 2017 Santa Fe Sport with beige interior - cloth, and no options for $27,000 including post market leather install. Unfortunately, we settled and figured we could live with it for now. After about two weeks, we realized that we actually hated this car and should've just declined. We took the car back to try to exchange/trade for something more accommodating to our needs. The 2 week old car is now only worth $19,000 from the same dealer (really?). So, I found a vehicle in their online inventory that we wanted, which was being sold online for $38,065 and after incentives $33,500. I was a little upset when I was presented with the purchase price of $39,080. I felt this was a little dishonest, and it was quickly acknowledged by sales manager who said he would adjust. Now, I am paying for a vehicle that has most of my originally requested features and then some, but at a price that is nauseating. I am now paying more than we initially budged for, and because of the trade in, an additional $10,000 for nothing. In hindsight, I should of just walked out and sought service at a dealership that could give me what I asked for in my initial request. I do realize that this was bad judgment on my part to going into contract when I wasn't satisfied, but life lesson learned. I completely understand that Hyundai's hold no value and I will not return to this dealership. More
