I had left several messages for the sales person I was dealing with to call me and it took him more than two days to contact me. As a matter of fact, it was I who finally got him on the phone on Tuesday the 21st of February and he gives me the same bullcrap that I was being told since Friday February 17, 2012. I was prepared to put down $3000. But what really insulted my intelligence was when Mr. McCoy offered me a deal for a 2000 Hyundai Elantra, are you kidding me? I would be a total idiot to finance a twelve year old Hyundai no less, and put $3000 down. Please! I could buy a twelve year old Hyundai Elantra for $3000, what a joke. When I do decide to purchase a vehicle it won't be from Sports Durst that's for sure! I would not recommend my worst enemy to patronize that dealership ever! Talk about false advertisement, I just may report your dealership to the BBB when I am done with this survey. And to add insult to injury this young man has the nerve to send me this email talking about earning referrel money, are you serious? What nerve is all I can say. I have to say this by far was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Trey and his team gave me and my wife plenty of space to look around, ask questions, and didn't corner us into buy buying experience I have ever had. I come from a family that has bought nothing but Toyota cars, but the new Mazda 5 along the the diligent and friendly staff won us over. Jack came over, asked us if we needed help, and if we wanted to test drive the car. Mesha meanwhile made us feel at home with her friendly demeanor very knowledgeable mind with all the warranty & finance information once we decided on the car. They both should be commended for their help. Now, if there is gold standard of how a sales manager should be, then Trey Reeves fits the bill. I can tell you hands down that if it weren't for him, we probably would have not bought the car. He will work with you like he did with us to get all your questions and concerns answered. In the end, you will feel like you got a great deal. I highly recommend this dealership and this team! More

When I walked on the lot. I personally was not sure about doing business again with Sport Durst. A previous experince was NOT GOOD AT ALL!. But the sales consultant Ricky Coplin revived the dealership name i doing business again with Sport Durst. A previous experince was NOT GOOD AT ALL!. Great overall experience. Brought old 97 Mazda in for service; cost of overdue repairs exceeded value of vehicle. Service department was great, introduced us to Joe McKenna, who showed us vehicles within our price range, took us for a test drive, handled all paperwork on vehicle sale and transfer of insurance and title, added a 90-day warranty into the deal, gave us a fair trade value and worked with service department to waive any charges for aborted repairs on old vehicle. We were in and out in around 3 hours. We've had our three Hyundai vehicles serviced here for several years -- the Hyundai service reps are courteous and knowledgeable. More
