Call to make a service appt for my Hyundai Santa Fe today and I was very taken by the friendliness of one of the staff members. There is a Hyundai dealer more closer to my home but I turned off when calling and I was very taken by the friendliness of one of the staff members. The lady I spoke with made me feel as if I didnt matter as a customer and I was aggravating her with my questions, so I just called Sport Durst. A girl named Jennifer answered the phone and helped me take care of all my questions and was more than happy to help me. Even though you guys are about 40 minutes away, I will be making all my future appt's with Sport Durst for now on. Spending money on car repairs is stressful enough for me, but after my experience with Jennifer and the Sport Durst staff I'm much more at ease. Sport Durst doesn't just sell quality vehicles, but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE as well which is just as important. Thanks Guys More

I rated Jack Holt an overall (5) because from the beginning to the end of the sale; he was very attentive to ensuring that I was comfortable. Once I had told him that I work with at-risk youth and t beginning to the end of the sale; he was very attentive to ensuring that I was comfortable. What really made me feel comfortable is that he kept saying "I work for you". I really felt that he had my best interest in mind. I had come to your dealership from another dealership located in Fuquay Varina; what a miserable experience that was. I had remembered seeing your dealership on TV and decided to ask my friend if she wouldn't mind driving to Durham. She didn't mind. The drive was worth it! I have never, never owned a brand new car; on this day I was blessed with my very first brand new vehicle! I am very satisfied with the customer care that we recieved from Travis. I have been to different car dealerships and by far this has been the best experience I've had. He does what he says. I was very impressed by the professionalism at this dealership. Justin was friendly and never pushed too hard to make deal. Eventually, I chose the Mazda3 Hatchback. I had to get a few mods and Justin took my car over to the shop in Raleigh to get it adapted. He brought it back right away when it was done so I could drive it away that night. He even struggled for thirty minutes to get a spinner knob put on my steering wheel. He didnt give up because he knew how much I wanted to drive it. Kristen was also very nice and she made the negotiating less stressful. Thanks Sport Durst! More

Me and my wife came into the Mazda Dealership about 2 weeks ago and we talked to a sales person and one of the Finance Managers. We were told we qualified for a certain car and what we needed to put down weeks ago and we talked to a sales person and one of the Finance Managers. We came back 2 weeks later to learn that the deal we had worked out was not interpreted rightand we were directed to the Dode Dealership by Mr.s Ma'Chae Cooper. But by the grace of GOD Ma'Chae Cooper and Jack Holt were there to helps us. The Sales Manager Mr. Jeff Richards and the two of them worked for us hand and foot. We walked out with a 2011 Dodge Journey and that is not what we were looking for, we were looking for a used vehicle. Without the help of God and the four people he had working for him that thursday night I don't know what we would have done. I would like to thank Mrs. Ma'Chae Cooper, Mr. Jack Holt, Mr. Jeff Richards and Mrs. Mesha Hawkins for there hard work and great attitudes toward us. I pray that you all have everything that you ask God for and more. I believe that God had them all working that night for a reason. We have been taking our van to Sport Durst for the last few months, and I have been impressed by the friendliness of the service staff.
