I really don't know how they are receiving a 3. 7 Rating. I give them a 0.0. I had an 8:30 a.m appt. arrived ontime on 3 separate occasions 1st time I was there were 10 customers ahead of me alread 7 Rating. I give them a 0.0. Next time they told me there were 6 ahead of me and they probale wouldn't get to my vehicle that day. This last time appt at 08:30 on a Thursday morning it is now Monday they havent gotten to my car yet. I have a call in for return call fom Brian Nelson who is supposed to be over the Service Manager. Service mgr Brad promised me a call back by end of day last Friday still no call. I only came here because it is supposedly a Jeep specific issue. This is absolutely the worst Dealership I've ever dealt with. Kurt is horrible at his job, Brad gives nothing but lip service. Brian Nelson we'll see if he reaches out. They sale a car but obviously have no ASE mechanics to do the work. xxx organization. More

CHARLES PETTIFORD - Extremely useless and unresponsive and his assistant as well, I have no idea, how those people still have jobs, again, he is USELESS!!!!! We were visiting from out of state and had an issue with our Chrysler Pacifica and someone recommended Sports Durst. We had already researched the warning light and believed we needed a new auxiliary batte our Chrysler Pacifica and someone recommended Sports Durst. We had already researched the warning light and believed we needed a new auxiliary battery. After they ran the diagnostic test they determined we needed a new hood latch switch - so they ordered it and replaced it. On our way back home the warning comes on again - so we take the auxiliary battery out and have it tested and lo and behold - it was bad. We reached out to Sports Durst to ask them to reimburse us for the diagnostic test since it obviously was incorrect and no one had returned any calls we have made. More

I went for a warranty fix on a switch in my Dodge Journey that needed fixing . I got here at 7:30am Matt was rude and disrespectful already telling me he wasn't sure he could fix my vehicle . I told him this that needed fixing . I got here at 7:30am Matt was rude and disrespectful already telling me he wasn't sure he could fix my vehicle . I told him this was the 7th time I dropped my vehicle off for the same issue. I left by Lyft something that i had to pay for because they do not offer there customers any courtesy ride anymore .Something they never told me . I went to hair dresser and came back because I had received no call I come in Matt just ignored me and so the other guy at they from desk proceeded to pretend as through he want to help me and told me my car would be fixed till later that afternoon. Then came Dave Stinson trying to see if I wanted to buy a new car . He was kind and nice but only offered me help if I brought a car and I never wanted to purchase a car. I came there for my switch. After 4 hours of him trying to convince me to get a car i went back to the service area where the workers still ignored me when i came in , Finally i got really frustrated and asked them what is going on with my car. Only because i was getting loud and angry did they tell me they was not going to fix my car and i never came there 6 times to get my vehicle serviced. I walked away went to the dealer floor where Matt proceed to follow me i told him i no longer wanted to have a convo i wanted to speak to a Manger when Bryan Yates comes down stairs telling me that he is sorry there is something sticky in there and they cant use the warranty. At no point did anyone tell me how much this was going to cost to fix. I call Dodge warranty they tell me to go to West Gate and to leave Sports Durst . I go to get my Keys and Matt tells me he left my vehicle outside with the AC and gas prices are $.4.60 a gallon . They told me my car was in the back and they actually parked my car in front. I was so upset The Dodge person was on the phone making sure that i was ok and helping me to find a dealership that would actually fix car. More
It's been a while for this review but in Oct. 2021 I bought my Jeep Gladiator from here. Jack in New Sales was very helpful and to the point, they honored their internet price as advertised unlike another big dealer in the area I had previously visited. He got me into what I was looking for pointing me in the right direction of which vehicle had better options when I was comparing between two of the same color and same price. When my bank ran into some financing delays Jack worked with me and his manager holding the vehicle for almost two weeks until my bank sorted their issue out without pushing to get finance elsewhere. Very helpful, professional, and nice down to earth guy. I'd definitely recommend you go visit Jack if you're in search of a new Jeep. Thanks Jack! More
Worst Service Center I ever experienced in my life and Corretta Miller the worst Service advisor I have ever dealt with. She over charged me $150.00 on labor and on top of all the bad service, when I picked up my truck the hard top cover had been removed/stolen and truck rails damaged and she nor her sorry incompetent manager "Brian Yates" made it right by replacing my cover. They have no regard for your property at all. I filed a BBB complaint and it fell on deaf ears...so not even the General Manager would step up and do the right thing. Instead he just said they were not responsible for anything that happens to my property/truck while under their care and control! Please do not trust these shameless people with the safety and responsibility for service and repair of your vehicle! I can only imagine the number of people who have been duped and cheated by these con-artist people and their deceptive practices! More
