Sales manager George and Anette the sales lady were awesome. Finance manager Erik Flores - I didn't like him how he explained the process. I FELT LIKE HE WAS RUSHING ME TO GET THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES awesome. Finance manager Erik Flores - I didn't like him how he explained the process. I FELT LIKE HE WAS RUSHING ME TO GET THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES . HE MADE ME SIGN THE PAPERWORK WITHOUT SHOWING ME THE COST BREAKDOWN. RIGHT AFTER I SIGNED, HE DIDN'T GIVE ME A COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS AND JUST PUT IT IN AN ENVELOPE. I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET A COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW CAR. GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT THIS LOCATION. EVERYTHING IS OVER PRICE . More
If I could give them a negative 5 I would. They messed up the paperwork. They don't communicate with you after you sign the paperwork. Buyer beware, they slip in extra charges. I got the car. I don't think I would use them again. I'll try to be complete. Buying - I contacted about an online ad. They are hours from me and I got the car. I don't think I would use them again. I'll try to be complete. Buying - I contacted about an online ad. They are hours from me and I want to arrange everything before to save my time. I told them I would buy it for MSRP which is what they advertised. "oh we have to do a dealer markup". I tell them no thanks then its not my time to buy, we go back and forth, and then I get a text. "We will sell the prius 39,455+ttl" which is what the ad said. Great. I drive over I agree to everything. Agree to the trade in amount. The salesman lines out these two extra charges on the sales sheet. These were distributor addons. "We aren't doing these since we are doing that price". Financing - I'm planning to pay cash but since they aren't giving me a markup I figured I would hear them out on financing. I didn't need it but I can just pay it off the first month and then they can make some money and it doesn't hurt me. So I go to financing and the young guy is okay. He leaves and gets some older manager who is completely rude and unprofessional. Acts like he's doing me some favor offering me financing. I didn't even want to be there but was again trying to let them make some free cash since I got the car for the price I wanted. I get told at that point well I can't use my toyota rebate without financing. First time I'm told this, but fine, I'll finance. They run my credit, offer a terribly uncompetitive rate, and tell me the final financing price. I never get a break down like usual. Like the sheet that shows "Price - trade - rebate + tax + documentation fee, etc". I just get an amount that I'm told is the car - my trade plus ttl. I sign the electronic screen believing the agreed 39455 + ttl that was agreed 10 minutes ago and in writing was the sale amount. Pickup: Car arrives about 10-12 days later. I go to pick it up. Everything is rushed. Financing guy isn't there. I'm told to sign all these papers by some lady. They aren't complete but just excerpts. I'll get my contract copies in the mail in a couple days. I got one key due to shortage. The second key will show up in a few months. I never get contract copies in the mail. Toyota financing finally kicks in and sends me an email. I also get a lojack activation what?? The sales guy told me we aren't doing these things because I was getting the agreed 39455 price. I started digging through toyota financial site. There's no break down of the amount financed. I contact the finance guy. He tells me he just plugs in the amount the sales guy gives. Sales guys are pointing me at the finance guy. I get a break down of the contract amount (for the first time I've ever seen been given this at any point. Sales guy added in the 300 dollar appearance package and a 499 lojack GPS. These additions weren't disclosed to me and were not agreed. I left the sales desk with an agreement and a written text that the car would be sold as per the ad for 39455 + ttl. They upcharged me between sales and the financing that I didn't want for the extras anyways. I take full responsibility for trusting we had an agreement. I signed a bunch of generic pieces of paper agreeing to the price that the sales guy would run back and forth to his manager. But when it came to the official breakdown I should have stopped these guys and held them accountable. I've bought cars from the internet and out of state and it was a more transparent process than this. This dealer made it very difficult to offer a product at an agreed price and I'm upcharged 800 bucks for it. I've called to ask if anything can be done and no call back even after being told a manager would call me. I'm sure the dealership will tell you the addons are standard and blah blah. But they weren't agreed or disclosed. And since I don't know what the appearance package is, and was told we aren't doing it since I'm getting the car at this lower price, I don't even know if I actually got said package. More
Bait and switch scam. Advertised bait vehicle not in stock. But the more expensive "switch" was front and center. Plenty of smoke and mirrors at this place. I just recently had a bad experience with this dealership. they are not fully transparent and honest about prices. I requested a quote to visualize numbers before heading in person however salesma dealership. they are not fully transparent and honest about prices. I requested a quote to visualize numbers before heading in person however salesman David Availa said management doesn’t generate those they want you in person even tho some other Toyota dealership has provided a quote. I told David that was a poor business practice however he stated this “Manager policy.”That was a red flag to me and did not continue the communication. I do understand the business competition and the market however, transparency and honesty is a big plus to earn business More
The dealer lied and told me the installed LoJack anti theft was for life. No expires in a year. Said the step for the tailgate was automatic it's manual. But my biggest problem is with the license plate. theft was for life. No expires in a year. Said the step for the tailgate was automatic it's manual. But my biggest problem is with the license plate. It has been over 2 months and they have had to send me 2 temp tag extensions because my Plates have not come in. I live in Louisiana and went to my DMV and they have no record of my vehicle registration being sent to them. I have tried to call over and over and when I can get someone to answer the phone they send me to someone who never answers or after it rings for several minutes someone will answer and immediately hang up. I asked to speak to a manager that never answers either. Now to top it off we got a letter from our DMV stating our trade in was still in our name and we had 10 days to provide paperwork of sale or our divers license would be flagged for no insurance. I called the main toyota company and they are looking into it now. More
After paying $199. for oil change & Tire rotation/balance…the tire tech broke my sensor and the feckless service dept quoted me $299. To fix it in less than 24 hrs late for oil change & Tire rotation/balance…the tire tech broke my sensor and the feckless service dept quoted me $299. To fix it in less than 24 hrs later! Said it was coincidental! I have been loyal to this dealer since 2020…and I do not think once they have not caused more damage to my vehicle then when I brought it in…all they do is quote/charge customers outrageous amounts of money and then give you the dead eye when they screw up!!! * 12/3/2022; broke tire sensor * 5/2022; left loud rattle inside dash board when changing cabin filter. * 5/2022; left a dragging piece of under cover to rear of vehicle where it literally dragged till discovered! There’s more…I just don’t have the life left to mention… More
