I have to add that the dealership's assistant manager, Erica, has turned this around completely. She heard I was unhappy, took personal responsibility, investigated, agreed that they were wrong on this one, and she reversed the charge within an hour. They already had my money, and I was already out of their hair, but she cared. The initial experience was bad, but she stuck the recovery., I will be back if I need warranty work of my Bolt EUV (which, btw, I love)!
