Someone like me who hates haggling will find Sport Chevrolet a pleasant surprise. The online price quote was prompt but terse (a single dollar figure without details). However, Jared Williams did honor my request not to call (I can't/won't take personal calls at work) and kept in touch via e-mails. I stopped by Wednesday morning on a whim to ask about vehicles that show up in the GM vehicle locator search that had the exact options I wanted. Unfortunately this was Jared's day off but Robert Kramer (Sales Manager) picked it up from there. It turns out that the vehicles were en route from the factory. He offered me preferred pricing on top of the available incentives including the GM Card Top-Off earnings. I could finalize the purchase now or later (no rush other than the 02/01 deadline). He even called GM Card and somehow ended up getting me extra earnings dollars beyond $2k. Then, they appraised my trade-in at between good and fair according to Blue Book. This was better than other dealerships that make up excuses and practically try to rob you blind on the trade-in. I am still smarting from the last time. Needless to say, I did not see the need to haggle and thus decided to go ahead with a purchase order. It was probably the easiest sell for Steve Colman (Sales, easygoing and pleasant) who worked up the purchase order. The vehicle arrived the very next day and Steve contacted me around noon to schedule a pick-up. All in all, the whole experience has been positive. I would put everyone I met at Sport Chevrolet into the decent people category. More
All of the employees we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Mike really answered a lot of questions and was knowledgable about the different vehicles and trims/options offerred. The only reason I gave a 4 on customer service was because we received wrong information on interest rates from Robert who just started a week prior to our visit. The finance employee we dealt with compensated this error and worked with us to get a good interest rate on the vehicle loan. The price of the vehicle was excellent. Our overall experience was given a 4 because of it taking longer due to working with a new employee and getting all the way to signing paperwork and finding out the interest rate we were given was only if our incentives were taken away. In the end, everything worked out, we got a great truck at a great price and were happy to be the 1st sale for Robert. We will use this dealership in the future, probably the near future. More
Bought an Infinity 2005 G35X sedan from Sport Used cars and have been happy with it. Did notice some minor problems after I got it home and returned and the salesmanger tried his best to fix them.
