This was despite the fact that I had to wait one hour after my appointment time to start the purchase process. Once I did get to see my salesperson, things went well. And he did come to the waiting room periodically to apologize for the wait and update our waiting time. More

All were very professional with good and prompt communication via phone and email. In person they were courteous and respectful. Anthony was extremely helpful setting up the On Star, blue tooth, wifi and My Chevrolet apps. He was patient in explaining some of the features of the car upon delivery. Since the car was not the current model year Sport Chevrolet's Corvette technician changed the oil and performed a Magnetic Ride Suspension software update that was released just one week in advance of the delivery. I have had my car for less than 6 months (purchase Labor Day weekend) and I have yet to have 2 full months where I am not calling the service department about something wrong with my car. Out of the 4 times my car has been serviced, twice I have been told that my car would be ready the same day. The first time with Mike Temple, there wasnt any communication that I would not receive my car back the day I dropped it off. My car was with them for 3 DAYS, when I was initially told one. Now my car is back in the shop again.... Once again I have asked for my car back the same day and I am told at 2:30 that my car wont be ready until tomorrow (My car has been with them since 7am this morning). This place scams good people. They probably pay for the good reviews. I would NEVER recommend Sport Chevrolet to purchase or service a car. The only reason why I have gone back for the 4th and final time because no other mechanic would touch my car because "You shouldnt need these type of repairs under 6 months of purchase" DONT GO HERE! TAKE HEED, This place needs a HUGE customer service revamp. The only positive is that Pat in the service department is understanding of my frustration, however that doesn't remove the frustration or put the money back in my pocket that I have put into a certified pre owned vehicle. Lets not mention how I asked about the spare tire for my car, was assured that i would get one in my truck once i signed the paperwork. After the paperwork was signed I was told that my car doesnt get a spare tire, instead a busted fix a flat that does nothing but ruin tires. How do I know this, I have had to purchase two new tires since there isnt a spare and the "fix a flat" ruined the previous tires. DONT GO HERE!!! To add insult to injury when I went to pick up my car last week, instead of an apology for my car not being ready on time, I was asked to remove all reviews on my experience. For that reason alone I will repost this review on every dealer website so people know to save themselves the headache. More

I reached out to multiple dealers in the DC metro area after reviewing online inventories, and requested quotes for specific vehicles listed on the websites. Jason Prieto responded to my e-mail and was extremely helpful in making sure the vehicles I was comparing across dealerships had similar option packages. For instance the best quote I had didn't include the driver convenience package that I requested. After several e-mails, a few phone calls and some online research I was convinced that Sport Chevrolet was the way to go. Jason personally picked me up from the metro, which I thought was a great touch. At the dealership, he had the car ready to go and insisted we go on a test drive. I noticed several other Cruzes on the lot and when I asked about them, Jason took the time necessary to walk me through the options that were available on each model, and the price difference between the options. Jason's transparency made me think of him more an honest broker than a salesman. When I decided to go for the upgrade to the sunroof and speaker system, Jason took even more time to take me on another test drive. He was excellent through and through, and made my decision to purchase from Sport Chevrolet an easy one. I am a first time Chevy owner. Jason went above and beyond and I will recommend Sport chevrolet to anyone I know that is in the market for a car. More
