Certified? Eric was good at his job, but when it came to the end I didn't expect an almost $5000 added to the vehicle. They said I can cancel the protection package within 90 days but what a price tag. A $16,000 car turn into a $20,000 vehicle. I haven't financed a car since 2001 so maybe things have drastically changed since then. I'm only okay with my purchase but there some unsettled feeling about it. I know I am paying way too much for this vehicle, but it is what it is. I don't plan on doing this again until the wheels, doors, roof, etc literally fall off this vehicle. I would recommend them to others but the whole we don't negotiate on certified vehicles part I would recommend others to skip those vehicles because you pay for it being "certified" then you're hit with a protection package on top of that so if it is so "certified" why the the extra, extra protection? More

My salesperson Ramel was knowledgeable, professional and patient. He was cool with letting my family of five try multiple vehicles until we found the one. He was able to answer all of our questions and even took time out so we could feed the baby. I appreciate that it was a completely low pressure experience. We could tell Ramel really cared about us and about helping us get into the right vehicle. The manager Vince even spoke with us several times and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The Leasing Manager Andrew is the best in the game and he got us in and out smoothly while still making sure we not only signed in the right places, but fully understood all the info presented.
