What a GREAT team we experienced! I purchased another vehicle from Sport Chevrolet last week. Our salesman Eldon Charles could not be a better guy. I have purchased several vehicles from him for my family and my business and he always does his best to help be get the best deal with a vehicle that matches my needs. The sales manager Clint Rose also understands our needs and made additional suggestions to assist us in getting all the options we wanted at the best price they could offer. He saw that we received each bonus discount we qualified for with our purchase. We were then passed off to Lee Walker the finance person who quickly had our loan papers in order and out the door in less than 20 minutes. We were also greeted by Gibbs Folgarty the owner of Sport who checked in to see that we were happy and we moved along quickly. Given we were there on a Friday afternoon, I was happy to beat the rush hour and get going. The deal was done with a quick internet search, then speaking to my salesman, the sales manager, finance man and the owner general manager and we closed the deal in about an hour and a half including test ride to departure. A great team that saw to it we received the best deal and fast service. That is my kind of auto purchase. You will not be disappointed! More

Sat down, talked a bit, checked out the car and took a drive, put in all the paperwork and got the loan all setup before I left. Came back a few days later for pickup. Very smooth and easy, didn't try to go crazy selling me things and gave me a pretty good deal. Service has always taken care of me, not the fastest, but definitely do the job right. More

Disrespectful, Dishonest and unprofessional Pete(salesman) and Dustin (finance) were both rude and unprofessional. Pete was very nice over the phone. Once I arrived he became condescending when Pete(salesman) and Dustin (finance) were both rude and unprofessional. Pete was very nice over the phone. Once I arrived he became condescending when negotiating the price of the car. He tried to negotiate a price higher than my Edmunds.com discount. Despite me calling him out and showing him proof of my discount, he still somehow managed to charge me $60 over the price of the discount, not including tags taxes and title fees.(and $299 processing fee). Pete was also frustrated that I arrived with my own financing from my credit union. After I signed my check, Pete still attempted to have me complete a credit application. I called him out on that and he said he needed to make sure I wasn’t on the do not sell list??? xxx are you talking about sir? If that were true, Why would you wait till I’ve already signed half of my documents and filled out a check to make sure you were “doing your job”. Dustin was no better. I asked him to call my credit union while I was there to receive the 4 digit access code to my check so I would know exactly what my monthly payment would be. Dustin said “I’m not doing that now, I’ll do it tomorrow, I have other customers waiting”. I told him they would have to wait because he is helping a customer now. He tried to assert himself again but to no avail. I asked him if he was unwilling to call my credit union? He then snatched my documents from the table and stormed out in an aggressive manner. He came back in and said do you have the number to the credit union? What’s all the attitude about Dustin? He rushed through my documents and didn’t explain thoroughly the additional benefits I know that dealerships offer. No problem, wasn’t that interested but I know what to expect. Overall, I would not return here. Pete made statements that were offensive and condescending. I’d hate to say his actions were racially motivated but I honestly feel they were. If I were not a young black man with natural dread locs I may have had a better experience. I took away the opportunity to be taken advantage of financially and they were upset about it. I hope they learn from this and movIng forward hopefully they learn to never judge a book by its cover. More
