Every time I take my vehicle in I have to wait and if there was a place that was any friendlier I've not found it yet. They keep me informed of the progress of work frequently, go over everything in detail and if, on the rare occasion cant address or fix the issue offer me a loaner car. From the owner to the service people everyone seems to care and yes I've spoken to the owner who somehow remembers me even when it's been months between conversations. We purchased our vehicle Feb 10 2018 and we've never had an issue that's not been resolved to our satisfaction. Would I ever purchase or recommend this dealership? Without out reservations YES. Now if there was someway you could open a service area/bay/garage in DC my world would be complete! Thank you SPORT Chevrolet for service that cant be repeated anywhere else. More

Awesome Experience! After 17 years of no car payments, my SUV finally bit the dust and I was forced to purchase a new or used car. With fear in my heart and armed with m After 17 years of no car payments, my SUV finally bit the dust and I was forced to purchase a new or used car. With fear in my heart and armed with my best friend, who excels in the art of negotiations) I went in search of (after experiencing new sticker shock), a “nused” car. My previous car was a Hyundai SUV so I wanted the same and had no idea of getting anything else. We visited the Auto Sales Park in Fairland/Silver Spring that had an array of dealers, but were unimpressed with the quality of the used cars. My friend suggested the Chevy dealer and not really caring for that line of cars, I reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, this is where I found my new (used) baby! After some negotiations with Eric Kouame, my salesperson, I am the proud owner of a Certified GMC Terrain slt. The car had been well maintained, I was shown the car history records and all that Sport Chevrolet had done in order to label it Certified- we were impressed! Now for the experience: I brought my friend for a reason as he is a hard negotiator, and I wanted him to do the talking. Eric was supreme! He kept his cool and was professional and friendly. He ensured that even though I was not doing most of the talking, he knew that I was the purchaser and made sure that I understood the conversation, and addressed me with all of the details as did Tommy in Finance. Eric established a rapport with us, and when we initially did not accept the offer, he was humble enough to bring in the Sales manager Vince who was also a gentleman and a scholar. We were able to work out an offer that was acceptable to all and through Eric’s input, Vince even located more of a discount right before we drove away and asked us to come back in to sign the edited paperwork! As far as car purchasing goes, it was a great experience from the beginning with Eric, to financing with Tommy, and finally to dealings with Vince. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring- they earned it! (As you can tell- I believe in a thorough review:) More
