They keep me informed of the progress of work frequently, go over everything in detail and if, on the rare occasion cant address or fix the issue offer me a loaner car. From the owner to the service people everyone seems to care and yes I've spoken to the owner who somehow remembers me even when it's been months between conversations. We purchased our vehicle Feb 10 2018 and we've never had an issue that's not been resolved to our satisfaction. Would I ever purchase or recommend this dealership? Without out reservations YES.
