I worked with JR (Jairo Ramirez) in sales and Tommy Brooking in finance. Both were phenomenal to work with. I visited many dealers before this one with a lot of lack luster customer service, limited Brooking in finance. Both were phenomenal to work with. I visited many dealers before this one with a lot of lack luster customer service, limited knowledge of vehicles and very pushy sales people. JR is super high energy and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. He really tries to be your advocate and you can tell he cares about his job. Tommy was the same was, he wanted to lay out all the options and make sure I had the knowledge needed to make decisions but didn't try to keep haggling after I made up my mind. I financed through my own lender but there was a smudge in the VIN number for one of the documents that was caused by the fax machine. I feared the worst as a lot of dealers only care about customers while you are purchasing the car. This was not the case, I was able to call Tommy that day, get connected with him and he worked to get it corrected asap. Even a week later, they are still checking in to see that everything is going well and that I'm satisfied with the process and team. In today's world, people underestimate customer service but in my mind when making a purchase this big it cant be overvalued especially when they are good to you after the sale. I think this is the benefit going to a small dealer vs the big dealers who could care less about you. Not to mention they have amazing pricing. I would definitely recommend to a friend. More
