There were insurance delays that slowed down the process and caused a large hiccup about half way through repairs. The total time rose up to around 20 business days, and my vehicle was nearly finished. My dealership received the car from their 3rd party body shop to do a final alignment. Due to the delays and prior arrangements, my service adviser, Jared, put me in a rental car at the dealership's expense for one day. My car was due to be done the following day. An unforeseen complication caused for my car to go back to the body shop. After realizing my dismay for seeing the 3rd or 4th setback to the whole process, Jared pulled some strings and had the body shop work on my car on their normal day off. And being the Saturday of the holiday weekend, they also extended the paid rental of the car to the following Tuesday. I thought that was pretty awesome, and something that few repair shops/dealerships would elect to do. The rating of 4 out of 5 for price is due to the cost of OEM replacement parts. Though my insurance covered the repairs, the invoice I received showed some pretty hefty prices. Some of them actually made my jaw drop, but I know that they're all based on industry standards. The rating of 4 of 5 for overall experience was mostly due to complications out of the dealership's control. The fact that my service adviser went out of his way to help get the repairs get done as quick as possible is what I'll remember most about the experience. Everyone I've dealt with at Larry H. Miller Hyundai has been great. More

In addition, Jared synced my new cell ph for an oil change and to get a recall item taken care of and also got an air filter replaced that was dirty.
