Service department Took car in 2015 for a recall, Not only did they get in an accident, they tried to hide and fix it, without contacting me, just said they didn't hav Took car in 2015 for a recall, Not only did they get in an accident, they tried to hide and fix it, without contacting me, just said they didn't have the part for the recall. I called the next morning to find out when it would be ready, I was then told about the accident. I asked what their policy was regarding this, shouldn't they have contacted me? I drove out to see what damage they had done. They told me my car was at the body shop and wouldn't give me the name, address or phone number. After an hour of bs from Jarod and May, I walked out back to cool off only to find a dent repair guy working on it. No accident report was even completed until I ask for one. Now they say the gasket needs to be replaced that was replaced 1 1/2 years ago. Shocks need to be replaced, my car has struts. They have offered to replace the struts now that I pointed out their mistake, but my mechanic says he doesn't know what they a talking about. The only reason I went there is because I have the free tires for life. I sent an email to their corporate office, they have made no effort to follow up with me. Mission statement is a joke. More
