I had a detail interior and exterior on my car, alignment, and last an oil change. The process took all day but they informed me that ahead of time and that is to be expected. Like I always said there are two ways, either I can have my car right, or I can have my car now, I just can’t have it right now so I elected to have my car done right. The proof is in the work. My car runs like I just got it from the factory even though it is almost four years old. Would highly recommend Spokane Hyundai dealer. Also I like to give kudos to the new owners of the company for continuing the Larry H Miller way of doing things of customer comes first. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with that. There’s no doubt my next car would be a Hyundai and it will come from Spokane Hyundai. More

Instead of telling me it would take longer than he had originally explained, he made excuses and stated the vehicle would now need to be kept overnight. He made several phone calls to me with a different excuse each time. I ended up picking my car up and taking it to another local dealership. I did not trust my vehicle was going to be taken care of after dealing with the service personnel. More
