Went out of the way! I had to get two new tires and they wouldnt be in until Monday. Customer purchase product to be reinstalled yet when return I alittle upset that when i am told that an product i purchase to be installed isn't compatible or that the led highlights i as to be reinstated due t I alittle upset that when i am told that an product i purchase to be installed isn't compatible or that the led highlights i as to be reinstated due to first pear not working correctly, and once i get my car back and see that the items in question are still in there original packaging thus not even opened. l question what it is thats been really done with other repairs and upgrades. Other instances when i purchase my 2015 traverse and after driving it home and can feel that the alignment is off and having a separate shop verifying my suspicions and i am told to bring it back to your dealership shop and the alignment will be adjusted at not cost, then being told after picking my vehicle up again only to find it hadn't been adjusted thus now im bring my traverse in yet again but probably having to paid for a service that should have been done the first time. I believe after this visit, to the shop ill have to look elsewhere for services More

After waiting several weeks for a warranty replacement part to come in, I spent half a day on Monday to have it installed only to have them tell me for the first time that the old part was needed. I had to make an additional 40 mile round-trip the next day to finally get the repair completed. They filled my gas tank as a compensation which cost them probably about $10. I was always satisfied with Larry H. Miller as a dealership but not since it has become Spokane Hyundai. More

From the test drive through the entire purchase process, we appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail from each of the people we interacted with at Spokane Hyundai. Despite their "under construction" status of their facility, they were upbeat and ready to tackle every question & concern we had. The purchase process was more enjoyable than any of my previous experiences at other dealerships. We took our brand new Palisade to Spokane Hyundai Service for LuxCare interior/exterior application. After scheduling this service, we discovered an air noise in the vehicle. I truly expected the typical response of "could not replicate" the problem, but was pleasantly surprised. The service technicians were not only to find the problem (in the sun roof), but fixed the problem and the other work 30 minutes ahead of schedule. More
