Outstanding Customer Service I took my car in for serving on a Saturday morning and told the Service Manager, Robert S., that I was pressed for time and he said he’d take care of I took my car in for serving on a Saturday morning and told the Service Manager, Robert S., that I was pressed for time and he said he’d take care of me. He did exactly that! I arrived at 8:00 am and was on my way home by 8:30! I truly like my two Hyundai vehicles but what keeps me in my two Hyundai vehicles is the customer service I receive when I take my cars in for servicing! Robert S. and the service department staff is what keeps me in my Hyundai vehicles and It’s for this reason my next vehicle will be another Hyundai! Very Smooth Experience I can't say enough about Toni Cornell and Spokane Hyundai. I am always reluctant to go buy a car, I always hate the pushy salesmen and just the heada I can't say enough about Toni Cornell and Spokane Hyundai. I am always reluctant to go buy a car, I always hate the pushy salesmen and just the headache of the whole experience. Toni was absolutely amazing and I had NONE of those headaches at all. She was always super nice, super honest and straightforward, and listens to your concerns. She made the experience amazing! Afterwards I had some tire issues that were not the dealerships fault, I had called her to ask a few questions about it and she spend so much time trying to help me with the problem. It wasnt even her problem to deal with and took time out of her day to help me. Even called to followup with me to make sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond for sure!! I ended up having it serviced there at the dealership and having two new tires put on, and had a great experience there as well! Robert was always super helpful and nice to answer questions, and get me in and out in a timely fashion. Would recommend to anyone!!!! More
