Volkswagen Beetle Needed to pass e-check I helped my sister purchase a Volkswagen Beetle at this dealership, for a very good price for the condition that it was in. After taking it to a local I helped my sister purchase a Volkswagen Beetle at this dealership, for a very good price for the condition that it was in. After taking it to a local mechanic after purchasing, he informed my sister that the underside of the vehicle had been repaired with a terrible home-mechanic patch job, and that there was no way the vehicle would pass e-check in Medina County, Ohio. Spitzer replaced the universal catalytic converter with a Volkswagen catalytic converter at no charge, and told my sister that if for any other reason the check engine light would not turn off so that the car would pass e-check, to bring it back and they would make it right. They kept their word, and my sister was able to get the car to pass e-check to get her plates. I was extremely grateful that they kept their promise and sold my sister a car that they made sure she could get to pass e-check without any cost to her in repairs. NOTE - This is for the used car dealership, and NOT the new Mitsubishi car service. More

Lance likes to act like you're the biggest pain in your xxx, make snide comments, throw things around to do his job because you're apparently wasting his time. He is short, rude, and unpleasant to deal with to say the least. And what is the cost of this for? $30 for an oil change and $50 for a tire rotation. So all for the price of $80 you can be treated like xxxx. What a steal! More
I went to look at the new Mitsubishi Outlander for 2014 and was promplty greeted by sales associate, Alexandra Wlaszyn. Alex made me feel welcome from the first moment and took the time to go over everyth and was promplty greeted by sales associate, Alexandra Wlaszyn. Alex made me feel welcome from the first moment and took the time to go over everything about the car and other options as well. She never made me feel the least bit pressured or like she had other things to get to and made sure she understood my questions and answered them completely. After I decided on a vehicle Alex made sure my paperwork and the rest of the process went smoothly and then helped me get acquainted with my new ride. Sam Payler and Lance Keesee were also nice to deal with - everyone at the dealership was friendly and made you feel like an old friend more than a customer or pocketbook. If you're in the market for a new Mitsubishi or a good used car, I highly recommend Alex Wlaszyn and Spitzer Sheffield. More

Let me preface by saying that dealing with Spitzer was incredibly easy and professional. After deciding to upgrade from my 2008 Civic Si to something with a little more power I began looking at deale incredibly easy and professional. After deciding to upgrade from my 2008 Civic Si to something with a little more power I began looking at dealerships close to home (KY) for a white Lancer Evolution. Neither of the dealerships nearby had a white Evo. They both quoted a car in Ohio that met my criteria, white with the sight and sound option. Each dealer quoted the car about 50 dollars OVER the MSRP. Out of curiosity I searched for the dealer that had the car and found that the price on Spitzer's website was considerably lower that both quotes the other dealers had given me, given there were delivery fees, but Spitzer's price was so much lower I could afford to drive up and pick the car up myself. One local dealership never gave me a price for my current car the other offered me a joke of a trade in price, about $4,500 UNDER the bluebook trade in value. I realize that dealers don't necessarily go by the KBB price, but $4,500 under is an insult. This is were Spitzer comes into play. I called them asking about the Evo. Sam worked with me and stayed in constant contact. He knew I was out of state helped me get as much done over the phone as possible. After sending him pictures of my Civic, he offered me a very fair price for trade in, a much better price than the KY dealership offered. I eventually sold the car outright, but Spitzer's trade in quote was not bad. We agreed on a price for the Evo, again, much lower than the local dealerships quoted, and I drove to Ohio to pick up the car. When I got to the dealership all the paperwork was ready and in about 30 minutes I was sitting in the car. Sam thoroughly went over all the car's features and help me set up the bluetooth so I could use my phone with the radio. Sam was completely honest when showing me the car. He pointed out features he liked, but also didn't try to BS about the few odd things about the car. Mike offered me an extended warranty and an interior / exterior scotchgaurd type package. I declined both, and he never tried to pressure or scare me into buying it. He even offered me some time research and think about it. The experience with Spitzer couldn't have been better. Everyone there was helpful, professional, and there was ZERO pressure. Sam even followed up with me the next day to make sure I made it home OK and to make sure car suited me. I couldn't be happier. I got the exact car I wanted at a great price with literally zero hassling. Good job guys! More
