Time and time again, after being let down from two-bit, corner lot dealers promising satisfaction, yet leaving me with growing a cynicism at the problems to be inherited by me I'd discover. I decided to take the advice if my dear family and have a look at the dealership they use exclusively. After inquiring with Amie about a car that piqued my interest,(yet was no longer available) she suggested I come down as they had other cars that would suit my needs, and bring my disheartening struggle to an end. When I arrived I was met with a saleslady that was accurate, professional, and speedy; which was refreshingly welcome after dealing with salespeople whose only interest was making a buck and could care less if the transmission fell out after pulling off the lot. I was surprised by the quality of the offerings presented to me which were all solid and easily both good choices; above which one minor thing I noticed which concerned me was met with reassurances that I could bring back to have looked at and repaired, if need be, at no cost. I would like to give a sincere, and heartfelt thanks to the entire staff here; but most of all to this saleslady who not only made me feel like I got a good deal, but actually DID get one! More

Lengthy but Satisfactory Amie Zarrelli is one of the most passionate and persistent salesperson/person I've met. She's informative and friendly. I originally came to visit for a 2005 Grand Marquis but the banks were giving a hard time. I ended up having to make three trips to the dealership before I was told I couldn't have the car. I was very frustrated and angry but Amie never gave up. She didn't want to sell me any car, but a car that would make up for inconvenience of my experience, ran as good and looks even better. I wasn't able to the get the car I wanted but Amie put me in a 2012 Chrysler 200! Amie could have let me walked away an unsatisfied, angry customer but persisted and stayed optimistic. Thanks Amie!
